The listed price per night is for the entire apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.  Utilities (electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi), cleaning fees, parking and the use of amenities (e.g., jacuzzi, grill, etc.) are all included in the price.

Booking and payment terms

All listed prices include VAT.

If booked for up to 4 guests, you receive a 20% discount on the listed prices. In this case, only two of the three bedrooms will be available.


Payment schedule:

  • 30% - upon booking
  • 70% - 14 days before arrival


Deposit amount to be paid at the time of booking:

  • 30% of the entire stay


Cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
  • 70% refund for cancellations made 14-29 days before arrival
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival
  • Early departures and no-shows are non-refundable
